Success with recent BAPA inspections 

Recently, our Boughton Woods and Castle Howard estates have undergone their BAPA inspections and we are pleased to share that the feedback has been fantastic. This is a significant achievement for our team and a testament to their dedication to providing the best possible experience for our customers.

For those unfamiliar with the British Activity Providers Association, it is a trade association run by providers for providers and their customers. Its goal is to ensure that all providers of school activity courses, adventure activities, and day camps adhere to high standards of safety, value for money, and customer service. BAPA membership indicates that providers take their responsibilities seriously and should deliver a quality product.

To become a full member of BAPA, a provider must pass a complete inspection of their site(s) and agree to abide by the BAPA Code of Practice. The code outlines the association’s high standards and is subject to ongoing review and amendment. BAPA inspectors visit centres on a regular basis to ensure compliance, and occasional unannounced inspections may also occur.

At our Boughton Woods and Castle Howard centres, we are proud to say that we have not only met but have exceeded the minimum standards set by BAPA. We have worked hard to ensure our operating procedures and products are of the highest quality and our customers can expect the best possible experience.
