Our residential school trip camps offer students the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature while unleashing their creativity and exploring wildlife encounters. From sculpting pottery masterpieces by the campfire to protecting a blackbird ground nest, each camp experience is filled with memorable moments that will be cherished for a lifetime.
At Camp Pottery, our expert staff are dedicated to nurturing young imaginations. Guiding students as they sculpt and design pottery masterpieces, the campfire becomes the backdrop for their creativity to shine. The blend of nature and creativity ensures that each creation will serve as a cherished souvenir of their unforgettable camp experience.
During one of our camp adventures, we stumbled upon a tiny camp made entirely out of Mother Nature’s finest resources. This discovery instantly exudes magical and adventurous vibes, allowing the students to free their imaginations and explore the wonders of nature. Through this unique camp, we encourage students to embrace their creativity and find inspiration in their natural surroundings.
One of our Camp Leaders had an extraordinary wildlife encounter while exploring the wonders of nature at Blenheim. During an adventure, they stumbled upon a legless lizard, showcasing its incredible adaptations. This encounter not only educates students about the diversity of wildlife but also sparks a sense of appreciation and wonder for the world around them.
Nature never ceases to amaze us, and our team experienced this wonder once again at Castle Howard. As we explored the area, we stumbled upon a hidden gem – a precious blackbird ground nest. Taking on the role of guardian, our dedicated Camp Leader, Will, is now protecting this little marvel with his life. This encounter serves as a reminder of the beauty and fragility of nature, instilling a sense of responsibility and care for the environment in our students.
As the camp comes to an end, we hold an event called Bushcraft’s Got Talent, where students showcase the masterpieces they created throughout their time with us. It’s more than just a performance; it’s a celebration of the connections forged, laughter shared, and camaraderie built during the camp. This event truly unleashes the creativity within our students, providing them with a platform to express themselves and create lasting memories with their peers.
